Download Help:

Here's what to do if you have download problems:  Surprisingly, most download problems are caused by the customer's ISP or their browser. Many ISP's (especially AOL) time out downloads after 10 to 15 minutes. You can solve this problem by staying active with your browser during the download, to do other things such as browsing the web or using web-based email. Also, upgrading your browser to a current version can help, since many early browser-versions (e.g. Internet Explorer) have trouble with downloads. Alternatively, if you have an FTP program such as WS_FTP or CuteFTP, you can perform anonymous downloads without your browser. Simply login anonymously using www.missionpeaksoftware.com as the Host-Name. The file you want to download is named quickepics_setup.exe.

 If you have frequent download problems, then you should invest in a download manager such as FlashGet. FlashGet allows you to resume interrupted downloads.
