Windows Vista Users:
- Vista users must perform the following "one-time" procedure "after" installing, but before registering QuickePics.
(You will not be able to register or run Quickepics on Windows Vista, until this step is performed.)
- Start Windows Explorer.
- Navigate to c:\Program Files\Quick ePics\
- Right click the application file "quickepics.exe", then select "Run as Administrator" from the popup menu.
Important Note: Windows Vista was designed to be backwardly compatible, but it has not been very successful
in that regard. Unfortunately there have been some reported problems
installing Quick ePics on Vista computers (some have had success, some have not). If you have a Windows Vista computer, you should be sure you
can install and run Quick ePics prior to payment. (I will attempt to support customers who use Windows Vista, but I don't own
a Vista computer and plan to avoid purchasing one as long as possible.)
